First Thanksgiving Celebration

Every year The El Paso Mission Trail Association reenacts the first Thanksgiving, which was originally celebrated on the Rio Grande in 1598 when the Spanish settlers arrived in the area after crossing the Chihuahuan desert. A company of costumed actors and dancers portray the historical events and festivities.

Chamizal National Memorial

Every fourth Saturday of the month children ages 3-6 are invited to a story time at the Chamizal National Memorial. Children spend time with Chami the Spotted Ground Squirrel and a ranger and enjoy new tales every month.
Free Cool Canyon Nights Concert Series

5th Annual Armed Forces Day Triathlon

The recent works of El Paso-born artist Adrian Esparza will be on view at the Dede Rogers Special Events Gallery at the EPMA.
